At Fixaholics, we are committed to providing professional vehicle diagnostic and maintenance services. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued for services booked through our website or performed by our technicians.

By booking a service with Fixaholics, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of automotive diagnostic and repair services, refunds are generally not provided for services that have already been performed. Automotive services involve time, expertise, and labor that cannot be reversed once the service has been completed.

However, Fixaholics is committed to customer satisfaction and will review any concerns regarding service quality on a case-by-case basis.

Diagnostic Services

Diagnostic services involve professional inspection, testing, and evaluation of a vehicle in order to determine the cause of a problem.

Because diagnostic services require technician time, specialized tools, and professional expertise, diagnostic fees are non-refundable, even if the customer chooses not to proceed with the recommended repairs.

Diagnostic results represent the technician’s professional assessment based on the visible condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection.

Services That May Qualify for a Refund

A refund may be considered under the following limited circumstances:

  • A payment was made for a service that could not be performed due to an error on our part.

  • A duplicate payment was processed for the same service.

  • A service was canceled by Fixaholics and no service was provided.

  • A technical or payment processing error occurred during the transaction.

If any of these situations occur, Fixaholics will review the request and may issue a full or partial refund where appropriate.

Cancellations and Appointment Payments

If a service appointment requires payment at the time of booking, customers may request a refund only if the appointment is canceled within the allowed cancellation period.

Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours notice may qualify for a refund of the booking payment, depending on the circumstances.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments may result in the booking payment being retained as a cancellation or scheduling fee.

Work Already Performed

Once a service has been completed or diagnostic work has been performed, refunds will generally not be issued, as the labor and time associated with the service cannot be reversed.

If a customer believes there was an issue with the service provided, they are encouraged to contact Fixaholics so the matter can be reviewed and, when appropriate, a solution may be offered.

Possible resolutions may include reviewing the service performed, providing additional inspection, or discussing possible corrective options.

Parts and Materials

If repairs include parts or materials, refund eligibility may depend on the condition of the parts and the policies of the supplier.

Installed parts that have been used or installed as part of a completed repair are generally not eligible for refunds.

Unused parts that were purchased but not installed may be eligible for return depending on supplier return policies and restocking fees.

Payment Processing

Approved refunds will typically be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise required by the payment processor.

Processing times for refunds may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution involved.

Fixaholics is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors once a refund has been initiated.

Dispute Resolution

If a customer has concerns regarding a charge or service provided, they are encouraged to contact Fixaholics directly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

We will make reasonable efforts to review and resolve concerns in a fair and professional manner.
